Why can't I get into my account?
Trying to get into your account but all you get is the "Unknown Username or Password" message? Here are some things you can try.
- Make sure you are on the app.study.church site
- Clear your cache.
- Your computer may be storing a cookie that is getting in the way. You can look up an article on how to clear your cache for your specific browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc).
- Use your email instead of your Username.
